Proven LabVIEW programming experience of 58years with an engineering degree. The lead should have priorexperience in project management (AzDo/JIRA) and handling a team. Astrong understanding of LabVIEW State Machines Design Patterns andLVOOPS is required along with knowledge of Test and Measurementsand NI PXIbased Instrumentation. Experience with configurationmanagement and version control systems such as SVN Perforce and Gitis essential. Familiarity with TestStand/Python and NIcertifications in LabVIEW is a plus. The candidate shouldunderstand the technical requirements of small to medium projectsassist in creating proposals and estimates and work synergisticallywith other teams (Sales Execution QA & Testing).Responsibilities include making design choices providing technicaldirection and ensuring the design meets requirements withoutoverarchitecting. The lead will establish coding guidelinesrecommend libraries review code refine architecture and communicatetechnical choices to all stakeholders.
