1.Accounts Receivable:
Manage andmaintain accurate records of customeraccounts
Ensure timely paymentfrom customers
Resolve paymentdiscrepancies and customercomplaints
2. AccountsPayable:
Process and pay vendorinvoices accurately and on time
Manage and maintain accurate records of vendoraccounts
3. General LedgerMaintenance:
Ensure accurate andtimely posting of financialtransactions
Reconcile generalledger accounts
4. FinancialReporting:
Prepare and reviewfinancial statements and reports
Provide financial analysis and insights tomanagement
5. CustomerService:
Build and maintainstrong relationships withcustomers
Respond to customerinquiries and resolve issuespromptly
6. Compliance and RiskManagement:
Ensure compliancewith financial regulations and companypolicies
Identify and mitigatefinancial risks
7. TeamSupport:
Provide financialsupport and guidance to the managementteam
Collaborate with otherdepartments to achieve businessobjectives

RequirementsRequirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Accounting Finance or relatedfield
  • Minimum8 years of experience in accounting andfinance
  • Strongknowledge of accounting principles financial regulations andaccounting software (e.g. QuickBooksXero)
  • Excellentanalytical problemsolving and communicationskills
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office particularlyExcel
