Job Overview


We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for the Paint Industry to oversee the sales operations in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka, India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers in the paint industry. This role requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Good knowledge of the paint industry and its trends
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned area
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the paint industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer complaints
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments
