Aboutrequirement

Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ProjectManager to join our client dynamic team in Kolkata. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects anda proven track record of successfully delivering projects on timeand within budget. This role demands excellent leadership skillsand the ability to effectively integrate and coordinate effortsbetween the Sales Team Implementation Team and OperationTeam.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ProjectManagement:
    • Manageand oversee IT projects from initiation tocompletion.
    • Ensureprojects are delivered on time within scope and withinbudget.
    • Developdetailed project plans schedules and statusreports.
    • Coordinateinternal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawlessexecution ofprojects.
  • IntegrationandCoordination:
    • Actas the key integrator between the Sales Team Implementation Teamand OperationTeam.
    • Facilitateeffective communication and collaboration among all projectstakeholders.
    • Ensurealignment of project objectives with businessgoals.
  • ClientManagement:
    • Serveas the single point of contact for CXOs regarding allprojectrelatedactivities.
    • Maintainstrong relationships with clients andstakeholders.
    • Provideregular updates to CXOs on project status risks andissues.
  • LeadershipandStrategy:
    • Leadand mentor project teammembers.
    • Drivecontinuous improvement in project managementprocesses.
    • Identifyand manage project risks ensuring mitigation strategies are inplace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimumof 35 years of experience as a Project Manager managing ITprojects.
  • Education:
    • MBAor PMP certification ispreferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellentleadership and team managementskills.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Abilityto manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Proficiencyin project management tools andsoftware.
    • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
