KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
EVERSANA data & analytics practice is growing rapidly. We are actively looking for Principal/Director/Sr Director to help support the rapid growth and expansion of the practice.
Location: Bengaluru, India
Primary responsibilities include:
- Take a leadership role in implementing EVERSANA business vision and objectives and supporting the strategic development of the business
- Play an active role in commercial analytics practice development and build strong capabilities and solutions as per market and client needs
- Lead multi-client engagement teams – structure and build team capabilities to deliver innovative and effective solutions with high levels of client delight
- Oversee development of project and product plans to ensure successful completion, on-time and within budget
- Play a lead role in business development, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Engage closely with cross-functional EVERSANA teams to ensure D&A capabilities and solutions reach clients
- Lead development of proposals for new projects / commercial opportunities
- Recruit new team members; manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues across EVERSANA
- Possess broad and deep subject matter expertise and knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, operations research, pharma) and strong academic record with 10+ years of relevant work experience (required)
- Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred)
- Leadership experience in life sciences consulting with focus on data, technology and analytics including working with senior clients (required)
- Experience at a top global management consulting firm (preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of success in leadership, planning and execution of diverse engagements in life sciences or healthcare industry (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required)
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills (required)
- Knowledge of key issues, trends and current developments in the pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare industries (required)
- Expertise on commercial analytics solutions such as SFE, Market Analytics (Market Mix, Test & Control,...), Forecasting, Omnichannel, Patient analytics and RWE solutions (required)
