  • Take initiative to ensure thatinteractions with our customers (internal or external) are positiveand productive; call your Manager if difficultiesarise.
  • Work together with trust so thatcolleagues and management meet the goals of thedepartment/Hotel.
  • Treat customers andcolleagues from all cultural groups with respect sensitivity andtransparency.
  • Take every opportunity to be asalesperson by active selling of special promotions and facilitiesavailable within theHotel.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in HospitalityManagement and equivalent.

Minimum 3 years ofexperience in current Role.

Knowledge of OperaPMS
