Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive . As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Thane, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the Thane market and a strong network of potential clients
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
- Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed KPIs
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with product and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service and support post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes and strategies
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
