As a Design Engineer Outfitting (Electrical)you will be working in close coordination with the design team andclient. Your role and responsibilities willbe:

  • Should be able to do electricalload analysis single line diagrams material takeoff list shortcircuit calculations etc.
  • Preparation ofelectrical design drawings following Class Rules andregulations.
  • Producing electrical productionand installation drawings like cables and cable tray routing etc.
  • Inspection on board vessel or assemblies forpreparation verification or improvement.
  • Identification of changes in client provideddrawings and documents preparation markups for technical queriesand variation orders as and when required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the SectionHead /TL/ Manager.
  • Willing to relocate onclient site either domestic or International on short notice.
  • Any other associated task or responsibilitiesassigned from time to time by theorganization.

JobRequirements:

  • You are aM. Tech / Graduate in electrical or equivalent with minimumrelevant industry work experience of 6 to 12 months preferable.
  • Experience in the marine electrical design ispreferable.
  • Cadmatic Ship Constructor or anyother 3D software experience preferable.
  • Youhave technical knowledge of electrical installation control andcommunication equipment
  • You have goodcommunication skills and enjoy helping customers.
  • You have minute attention to detail.
  • You will be willing to continue to developyour technical knowledge and skills.
  • You areready to serve minimum service commitment of 2 years in ourcompany.
