Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects. This is a senior-level position with 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Civil Engineer, preferably with 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction site planning and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop and implement project plans.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Identify and resolve issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site records, and drawings.
