Job Description

Examine detaileddrawings or Specifications to find out job material andEquipment
Set up and adjust meta working machines andequipment.
Fit and assemble metal parts tools andsubassemblies.
Cutting assemblies of pipes andskid.
Dismantle faulty tool and assemblies and repair orreplace defective parts.
Report of nonconfirming partsor damage of machine to shop supervisor.
Ability toidentity and measure materials.
Check accuracy andquality of finished parts tools or subassemblies
Followall safety rules and quality standards.
Update all ISOdocuments if any.
To issue of required materials fromStore.
To cut assemble material as per approveddrawing.
Knowledge of manufacturing/fabrication ofpressure vessels heat exchangers; skids.

SkillRequired:

Skill of Teamwork/Problem solving
Able to handle small team of fabrication.
Passion for learning
Maintain documents as per therequirement of IMS.
