We are looking for General Ledger Accountant II to join our A-team (hybrid*).

In this role your key tasks will include:

To ensure that all accounting functions viz. Inter co. Invoicing viz. Management fees, Pass Through (PT), Investigator payments (IP), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash/bank books, Payroll, Journal vouchers are maintained and accounted. To be responsible on monthly for various balance sheet account reconciliations. To ensure maximum utilization from accounting package process transactional entries in accounting in Dynamics 365. To be responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, subjected to Statutory Audit and local compliance requirements if any. To Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. To ensure timely closing of books of account on monthly basis. To work on special projects and analyses as requested.

Requirements

To be successful you will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting 6-10 years of GL accounting experience with US GAAP. Hands on experience with financial systems such as Dynamics preferred or equivalent ERP experience. Advanced computer skills in MS Office Experience in General Ledger functions. Additional experience in Audit and International accounting Excellent communication skills with Proficiency in English Knowledge of Treasury and Bank Payments.
