Are you ready to leverage technology to impact patients and ultimately save lives? We are now recruiting for a Non-SAP Remediation BTG Portfolio Test Manager. This is an exciting opportunity which will be at the centre of a significant SAP S/4 programme. Working with different business and Application teams, you'll support the transition to the new technology solution being defined by the S/4 programme. Our transformation journey will result in a significant change on the end-to-end business technology landscape and this team will be responsible for handling these changes to the integrated application landscape.

Accountabilities:

As a Non-SAP Remediation BTG Portfolio Test Manager, you'll be involved in key activities such as BTG Engagement and Partnering, Test scoping and planning, and Test Delivery oversight and Governance. You'll partner with BTG System Owners and teams to understand impacts and remediation requirements, explore opportunities to implement Axial Non-SAP delivery principles, and embrace governance and monitoring practices to ensure accuracy of data and test metrics. You'll also communicate risks, issues and partner concerns to the NON-SAP Deployment Test Manager and NON-SAP Global Test Lead in a timely manner.

Essential Skills/Experience:

At least 10 years experience in Test Management.

Experience across different BTG areas (Ops, EU, R&D and Commercial).

Experience of Balancing multiple change items concurrently through their test delivery lifecycle

Extensive experience of collaborating and communicated with senior and external collaborators.

Extensive experience of co-ordinating business resources in acceptance activities.

Experience of being responsible for and governing a portfolio of test activities

Experience in work with multi-functional teams to deliver technology related business change projects/programmes.

Knowledge and experience of testing using integration stubs, harnesses, and point to point link testing.

Knowledge of accelerated test delivery principles.

Extensive experience of using JIRa and the JIRa x-Ray modules, as well as ALM

Extensive experience of automation tools like Leapwork and Selenium

Engagement, communication, and collaborator management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills

Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions

Experience of working with third party suppliers/vendors

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Experience with BTG owned Applications

Experience designing and creating automatic dashboards (Power BI), tools to keep an up to date inventory list of the applications.
