As anOffshore Assistant Mechanic you will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our offshorefacilities. You will work closely with the mechanical team toperform routine maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on variousmechanical systems andequipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assistsenior mechanics in performing scheduled maintenance tasks onmachinery and equipment including but not limited to engines pumpscompressors and hydraulicsystems.
  
• Conductroutine inspections to identify potential issues and performcorrective actions asneeded.
  
• Assistin diagnosing mechanical problems and implementing effectivesolutions to minimizedowntime.
  
• Followsafety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workingenvironment for yourself and yourteam.
  
• Maintainaccurate records of maintenance activities equipment status andinventory.
  
• Participatein emergency response drills and procedures asrequired.
  
• Adhereto company policies and regulations at alltimes.
  

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevantvocational trainingpreferred.
  
• Provenexperience as a mechanic preferably in an offshore or marineenvironment.
  
• Strongmechanical aptitude and troubleshootingskills.
  
• Abilityto work effectively in a team environment and follow instructionsfrom seniorstaff.
  
• Excellentattention to detail and adherence to safetyprotocols.
  
• Willingnessto work in remote offshore locations and on a rotationalschedule.
  
• Validoffshore survival and medical certificationspreferred.
  
• Basiccomputer skills and familiarity with maintenance softwaresystems.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similarrole on offshore rigs preferred but not required. Physical fitnessand stamina to perform manual labor in a challenging offshoreenvironment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team andfollow instructions closely.
