Job Title : CyberArk Analyst – Security Engineering
Job Location : Hyderabad, India
Position : Full Time
Shifts : 24/7 Rotational
Job Summary: As a CyberArk Analyst, the candidate is expected to support various Identity and Access Management projects and work with the team to support extensive application portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities:
Target Connection Monitoring Troubleshooting & Debugging problems Data consistency & synchronization monitoring (Reconciliation, Schedules, batch jobs) Work around in case of issues with provisioning Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard) Awareness of IAM, CyberArk methodology and principlesKey Skills :
At least 5+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years of support in Information Security, Network Security, Cyber Security, Privileged Access Management in Prod environment. Understanding on Automation and App integration with CyberArk tool Must have 3+ years’ of working experience in CyberArk PAM Solution. Must have strong administration and support experience on CyberArk components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, CP etc. Must have working experience in troubleshooting, patching, monitoring, and day-to-day operations of CyberArk components. Must have working experience in both Unix and Windows OS platforms. Fundamental networking knowledge of IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing, VIP etc is a plus. Require excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills. Understanding ITIL and Agile is a plus. Automation experience with Ansible, YAML, Shell, .NET, Java, Python, or other scripting language is a huge plus Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills including strong facilitation and coordination skills High level of initiative and ownership mentalityEducation & Certifications: -
