We are looking for a DigitalMarketing Lead to drive digital marketing programs for clients inthe B2B/ Software space. You will be responsible for managing allSEO SEM Email Marketing Social Media Marketing and ContentMarketing projects.

  • JobdescriptionDevelop digital marketing strategy by studying marketindicators tracking trends identifying customers and their currentand future needs and monitoring thecompetition.
  • Plan and execute allweb SEO/SEM email marketing social media and display advertisingcampaigns.
  • Design build and maintainsocial media presence.
  • Contribute tomarketing effectiveness by identifying shortterm and longrangeissues that must beaddressed.
  • Measure and reportperformance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess againstgoals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifytrends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights.
  • Brainstorm new andcreative growth strategies through digitalmarketing.
  • Plan execute and measuresexperiments and conversiontests.
  • Collaborate with internalteams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience.
  • Utilizes stronganalytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience acrossmultiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Identifies criticalconversion points and drop off points and optimizes userfunnels.
  • Completes digital marketingdepartment operational requirements by scheduling and assigningemployees and following up on workresults.
  • Maintains digital marketingstaff by recruiting selecting orienting and trainingemployees.
  • Maintains digitalmarketing staff job results by mentoring team members planningmonitoring and appraising jobresults.
  • Develops digital marketingteam by providing information educational opportunities andexperiential growthopportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelors or master s degree in marketing or a relatedfield
  • 67 years of proven workingexperience in digital marketing preferably in an agencyenvironment
  • Demonstrable experienceleading and managing SEO/SEM email marketing social media Analyticsand/or display advertisingcampaigns
  • Experience in optimizinglanding pages and userfunnels
  • Experience with A/B andmultivariate experiments
  • Solidknowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. GoogleAnalytics 3 & 4 SEMRushetc.)
  • Experience in setting up andoptimizing PPC campaigns on all major searchengines
  • Working knowledge of HTMLCSS and JavaScript development andconstraints
  • Knowledge of Google TagManager Looker Studio Google BigQuery


Education and Experience: Bachelor s or master s degree inmarketing or a related field 6-7 years of proven working experiencein digital marketing, preferably in an agency environmentDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, emailmarketing, social media, Analytics, and/or display advertisingcampaigns Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge ofwebsite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 3& 4, SEMRush, etc.) Experience in setting up and optimizing PPCcampaigns on all major search engines Working knowledge of HTML,CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Knowledge of GoogleTag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Big Query
