Position : Clinical Nutrition

Experience :2-4 years of experience in Clinical Nutrition

Education : BSc/MSc Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics

Requirements

  • Recognized Certifications related to Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics,
  • Proven experience as Nutritionist. Thorough understanding of biochemistry and human physiology
  • Demonstrated understanding of food ingredients/nutrients and their effect on Human metabolism.
  • Excellent knowledge about the process of nourishment and its relation between food, health and disease.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understand Nutritional requirements of the project and create the best nutritional design from a health perspective.
  • Train and consult Internal team & Clients on topics related to Food Nutrition. Metabolism and Health.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team during discussion with Clients and provide solutions for Nutrition & Health based queries.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams in development & optimization of food products and ensuring it provides nutrition of highest quality.
  • Lead Product development of Nutrition based Food Products
  • Collect & Analyze data from different sources (literature study, primary research, secondary research, in-house product trials, etc.) and preparation of detailed reports
  • Stay up to date on the latest nutritional research, trends, and guidelines to ensure accurate and current information is provided to team and clients.
