We are hiring a Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects within RiskInsight Consulting Pvt Ltd. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various programs to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of programs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

 

  • With ease, handle multiple projects/programs & customers. 
  • Envision, initiate and drive process related changes required for ongoing/upcoming projects/programs. 
  • Smoothly, sincerely and amicably initiate/negotiate/manage contracts, support agreements, ecosystem relationship with internal/external teams and partners/vendors. 
  • Efficiently manage expense/capital budget related to any purchase related to projects/programs by appropriately interfacing/coordinating with finance / legal / procurement contacts. 
  • Mentored and upskilled teams on an ongoing/ad hoc basis.  

 

  • Managing finance and budget 
  • Manage transformation activities.  
  • Data Center Migration and manage large teams Onshore / Offshore / Nearshore 
  • Build Relationship with customer and SMEs. 
  • Identify risk at all stages of the program, provide mitigation and track till completion. 
  • Manage 3rd Party vendors.
