JobDescription:
Seekinga talented and experienced Flutter/Firebase Architect withexpertise in the insurance domain to join our dynamic team inMumbai. As a Flutter/Firebase Architect you will be responsible fordesigning and implementing robust and scalable mobile applicationsfor our insurance domain clients. You will work closely withcrossfunctional teams to understand client requirements architectsolutions and ensure the successful delivery ofprojects.
Responsibilities:
ArchitectMobile Solutions: Design and architect scalable and highperformancemobile applications using Flutter and Firebase for the insurancedomain.
TechnicalLeadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to thedevelopment team in implementing best practices code reviews andensuring adherence to architecturalstandards.
RequirementsAnalysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and productmanagers to understand client requirements and translate them intotechnicalsolutions.
SolutionDesign: Create architectural designs technical specifications andsolution documentation to guide the development team in buildingrobust and scalableapplications.
Development:Handson development using Flutter and Firebase to implement keyfeatures and functionalities of the mobileapplications.
CodeQuality: Ensure code quality performance and security standards aremet throughout the developmentlifecycle.
Testingand Deployment: Work closely with QA teams to define testingstrategies and ensure the quality of deliverables. Collaborate withDevOps teams for continuous integration anddeployment.
TechnicalMentoring: Mentor and train junior developers in Flutter andFirebase best practices andtechnologies.
StayUpdated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments inmobile technologies Flutter Firebase and the insurance domain tocontinuously improve ourofferings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Minimum of X yearsof experience in mobile application development using Flutter andFirebase.
  • Strongunderstanding of mobile app architecture design patterns and bestpractices.
  • Provenexperience in architecting and building complex mobile applicationsfor the insurancedomain.
  • Handson experiencewith Firebase services such as Firestore Authentication CloudFunctions etc.
  • Proficiencyin Dart programming language and familiarity with RESTfulAPIs.
  • Experience withAgile development methodologies and tools (e.g. JiraConfluence).
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills analytical thinking and attention todetail.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.
  • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and deliver highqualitysolutions under tightdeadlines.
