PositionOverview:

Seeking an experiencedand dynamic Head of Corporate Communication to lead communicationefforts and enhance brand presence in the market. The idealcandidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communicationskills and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.The Head of Corporate Communication will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing communication strategies managing mediarelations and ensuring consistent messaging to support the companysobjectives and reputation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing CommunicationStrategy: Lead the development and execution ofcomprehensive communication strategies aligned with the companysbusiness goals and values.
  2. MediaRelations: Cultivate and maintain relationships withmedia outlets journalists and industry influencers. Serve as theprimary spokesperson for the company and manage media inquiries andinterviews.
  3. InternalCommunication: Oversee internal communicationinitiatives to ensure employees are informed about companydevelopments policies and initiatives. Develop channels foreffective internal communication and employeeengagement.
  4. ExternalCommunication: Manage all external communicationchannels including press releases social media platforms websitecontent and newsletters. Ensure messaging is consistent and alignedwith the companys brand identity.
  5. Crisis Communication: Developand implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage andmitigate reputational risks. Serve as the primary point of contactduring crises and emergencies providing timely and transparentcommunication.
  6. StakeholderEngagement: Engage with key stakeholders includinginvestors customers partners and regulatory bodies to build andmaintain positive relationships. Represent the company at industryevents conferences and seminars.
  7. Brand Management: Work closelywith the marketing team to ensure alignment between communicationstrategies and brand initiatives. Monitor brand perception andsentiment and implement strategies to enhance brandreputation.
  8. BudgetManagement: Develop and manage the communicationbudget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achievecommunication goals and objectives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degreein Communication Public Relations Journalism Marketing or relatedfield. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 14years of experience in corporate communication public relations orrelated fields preferably within the financial servicesindustry.
  • Proven track record of developingand implementing successful communication strategies.
  • Strong media relations skills with experience interactingwith journalists and managing media inquiries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to craft clear and compelling messages for variousaudiences.
  • Crisis communication experiencewith the ability to remain calm and composed underpressure.
  • Strategic thinker with the abilityto see the big picture while paying attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the abilityto motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience inbrand management and reputation building.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools andplatforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
