Qualifications
/ B. Tech Mechanical / Production Engineering with 4-8 years of Exprience in Grinding Area
Additional Information
- Basics of CNC Programming on Fanuc and Siemens controller (Must)
- Knowledge of Machine & Process capability and SPC. (Must)
- Experience in Grinding processes (Must)
- Experience in developing & implementing I concepts
- Basic knowledge of various problem solving tools like 8D, PSS, Shianin, DOE, etc.
- Experience with Low cost automation
- Experience of Machine commisioning (Must)
- Data analytics skills ( Excel, Power BI)
- good working knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
- POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
