Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and parents, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. You will also be responsible for handling queries, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a full-time position based in Wakad, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Previous experience as a front desk executive or receptionist will be a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle queries and resolve issues
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Attention to detail and accuracy


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Welcome and greet visitors and parents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle queries
  • Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient coordination
  • Provide information and assist visitors with inquiries about the institution
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues
