Keyresponsibilities:


Delivery of inductionscovering the BOT pipeline tools & technicalenvironment
Working with Comp HOD/ Comp Supervisors/ Leadsto deliver core training programs
Support Comp team todeliver specialist training when required
Supporting crewwith internal knowledgeshare presentations
Delivery ofBOTs entrylevel training programs and other programs designed tofast track artists and production staff into currentproductions.
Contributing to maintenance and developmentof training materials & documentation staged on the BOT Gyaanpage
Authoring staging and vetting new titles and courseson the BOT studio wide Learning Management System(LMS)
Supporting each team member of comp in identifyingand evaluating training needs
Working globally with thetraining team to address training needs

Required Skills:

Expertise in Nuke 2D 3DParticles toolsets
Exposure on GeoTracker and Maya wouldbe additional
Experience working with DCC packages andplugins in a show environment and delivery of multiple shows andvariety of comp tasks is mandatory
Experience developingtraining curricula for artists and support staff user guides videotutorials and documentation templates
Team player with theability to work closely with a global training team
Managedocumentation and training projects while collaborating with aglobal team of subject matter experts and trainingcrew
Report progress timely to the training stakeholdersincluding Heads of Departments Heads of Training and globaltraining crew.

DesiredSkills:

Experienceeducating/training/mentoring in the VFX/Entertainment industrywould be appreciated
Experience developing VFX trainingcurricula
Scripting/coding experience/gizmo creation(python tcl etc.)

Engaging and empatheticeducator
Multitasker with the ability to support globaltraining needs
Proactive with ability to anticipateupcoming training and documentation needs
Ability to buildstrong working relationships with subject matter experts in yourarea.
