The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Office Management.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Data Analysis, Management, and Reporting
- Event Coordination
- Process Improvement
- Required Candidate profile
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities.
- Connecting with vendors for various tasks
- Coordination with office boys and courier services.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Real Estate, IT and Professional Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You ideally have prior accounting experience.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
