JobDescription
Medicalreviewers at Analyst/Senior Analyst level review or audit themedical records for completeness and accuracy by looking at variouspieces of documentation. They will develop products with Level2competency and ensure to prepare a Neutral chronology giving thepositives and negative facts about the case and customizing theproduct based on the client requirements. Based on businessrequirement all competency cases and other vertical cases shall beassigned with proper training and support. They must be fully awareof standards in medical treatment new coding government andinsurance guidelines. They should have basic knowledge on drugsmedical devices common medical treatment procedures at Primary careSecondary care or Tertiary care level in healthcare systems. Towork in collaboration with Medical Specialists (MDs) getting theirtimely guidance ability to explain the case and the medical eventsreviewing the MD products and initiating discussions with them onqueries.

RequirementsIdentify/ classify various types of medical records and capturerelevant data as perinstruction
Interpret the medical information from the records and incorrect ormissing documentation
Decipher information related to history and examination and presentthe event in the most appropriate format as per the caserequirement
Verify the consistency of the ROS (Review of systems) and PFSH(Past Family Social histories) recorded by physician/RN/PAC/ancillary staff or on a form completed by the patient.
Interpret handwritten notes such as doctors and nursenotes
Record the medical events chronologically and document the care ofthepatient.
Understand the case focus and get information intochronology
Verify the plaintiff fact sheet and compare it with the availablemedicalrecords.
Review past and present diagnoses and identify appropriate healthrisk factors.
Escalate timely to client on any areas of clarificationrequired.
Raise estimate rebuttals to Customer Support Team

1.Basic knowledge in Adobe MS word Excel or Power Point
2.Build expertise in English language to meet the standards ofmedicaldocumentation
