We are seeking a talented Jewelry Consultant for Reliance - Jewels at

Tirupati store. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This is a full-time position based in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India, with an emphasis on junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Strong passion for jewelry, including knowledge of different types of gemstones, metals, and jewelry design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry based on their preferences and budget
  • Provide accurate product information and educate customers on the quality and significance of different jewelry pieces
  • Offer styling suggestions and guidance to enhance customers' overall look
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing for an optimal shopping experience
  • Participate in inventory management by conducting stock checks and updating product displays
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment
