What you’ll be doing:

Understanding operational requirements and to ensure 100% equipment availability to achieve business goal.

Able to work & troubleshoot and Modify PLC, Drive & IP Panels Wirings based on requirements.

Implementing measures to make the operation process easy, effective and user friendly.

Maintaining high level of safety standards & implementing onsite for safe operations.

Timely Report to Supervisor on Inventory & spares stocks levels ensuring the minimum & maximum levels of critical spares for Sensors, Drives, HT & LT switchgears, General Consumables, and motors.

Carrying out maintenance as per SAP PM schedule and its compliance.

Checks for HT and LT system is essential (Utilities) and timely Coordinate with AMC Service Provides.

Understanding operational requirements and carrying out application development by coordination with cross functional (Production and QC) teams.

RCA & its corrective actions to ensure elimination of repetitive failure.

Continue Focus towards 5S in Respective areas.

Daily & Weekly Checks as per Schedules.

Diploma/ITI in Electrical

5+ Years Experience in Industrial Maintenance/Commissioning fields

C License Form Govt of AP (Not Mandatory).
