TheOdoo Technology Lead will oversee the design development andimplementation of Odoobased ERP solutions. This role is responsiblefor managing the technical aspects of Odoo projects collaboratingwith crossfunctional teams and ensuring successful delivery ofcustomized solutions to meet business needs.


TheOdoo Technology Lead will also play a key role in mentoring thedevelopment team and driving innovation in ERPsolutions.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Leadthe design development and deployment of Odoo applications andmodules.
  • CustomizeOdoo ERP modules (Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting CRM etc.)based on businessrequirements.
  • Overseethe integration of thirdparty applications and external APIs withOdoo.
  • Serveas the technical expert for all Odoorelated solutions anddevelopment.
    Provideguidance and mentorship to junior developers and teammembers.
  • Establishbest practices in Odoo development testing anddeployment.
    Ensurecode quality and efficient performance of Odooapplications.
  • Collaboratewith project managers and business analysts to translate businessneeds into technicalrequirements.
  • Managetimelines and deliverables for Odoorelatedprojects.
    Conductfeasibility studies and provide effort estimations forcustomizations andintegrations.
  • Designrobust scalable and highperformance Odoo ERParchitectures.
    Leadinnovation efforts in ERP solutions by evaluating emergingtechnologies andtools.
  • Driveimprovements in Odoo development processes andmethodologies.
  • Overseethe maintenance of Odoo applications ensuring smooth functioningand regularupdates.
  • Troubleshootissues related to Odoo implementations and provide timelysolutions.
    Monitorsystem performance and implement necessaryimprovements.


Requirements5years of experience working with Odoo ERP development andimplementation.
Proven track recordof leading technical teams and delivering successful Odooprojects.
Strong expertise in PythonPostgreSQL and Odoo developmentframeworks.
Proficiency in Odoo v12or higher.
Experience with Odoomodule customization andintegration.
Familiarity withfrontend technologies (JavaScript HTMLCSS).
Strong understanding of APIsweb services and RESTfulinterfaces.
Knowledge of Odoo cloudenvironments and servermanagement.
Strong leadership andteam management abilities.
Excellentproblemsolving and analyticalskills.
Good communication andinterpersonalskills.
