RequiredQualifications:

  • Proven experience (5 years) in HRoperations management or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and otherHRrelated software systems.
  • Demonstratedknowledge of employment laws andregulations.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to make datadrivendecisions.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities with a focus on customerservice.
  • Proven leadership skills with theability to motivate and develop a highperformingteam.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability toalign HR operations with organizational goals andobjectives.
  • Certification in HR management orrelated field is a plus.
