  • Drivesecondary sales through VSO (Value Sales Opportunities).
  • Conduct regular reviews of salesmen s performance (dailyweekly monthly).
  • Monitor productivityattendance and absenteeism to optimize workforce.
  • Ensure sales pipelines for salesmen SS and SUB D areready to avoid delays.
  • Regularly check outlettargets and performance of channel partners.
  • Manage distribution and market expansion through SDE(Sales Development Executive).
  • Optimize salesroutes (beat optimization) for better coverage.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Logistics and Marketing teamsto solve market issues.
  • Create action plans toenter new markets.
  • Follow market working normsensuring 4 days of market presence each week.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and visibility inretail stores.
  • Control expenses to stay withinbudget.
  • Build a strong empowered team andidentify highpotential leaders.
  • Ensure allteam members follow company policies and ethical standards.
