As the Manager of Data Analysts, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless data integration into the Actimize system, specifically the Unified Data Model (UDM). Your key responsibilities include:

  • Data Mapping and Documentation: Create detailed data mapping documents that define the flow of data from various source systems to the Actimize UDM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including compliance officers, data engineers, and business units, to gather and document data requirements for AML monitoring.
  • Comprehensive Data Mapping: Develop comprehensive data mapping documents specifying source-to-target mappings.
  • Include field-level transformations, data formats, and business rules.
  • Data Profiling and Quality Assessment: Perform data profiling to understand the structure, quality, and content of source data.
  • Identify any data quality issues that need to be addressed.
  • Validation and Accuracy: Validate data mappings and transformations by comparing source data with data loaded into the AML system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Quality Checks: Implement data quality checks and validation rules.
  • Ensure data conforms to expected standards and business rules for AML monitoring.
  • Project Guidance and Management: Guide the team during projects.

Min. 8 years of consulting and/or relevant work experience Independently capable of steering and managing medium to large projects, including multiple sub-projects

Requirements :

  •   Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Data Management, Statistics or related fields
  • · Proven experience of 5-10 years
