Roleand Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller atCredgenics your primary responsibility will be to make outboundcalls to potential customers and communicate our services. Yourdaytoday tasks will include explaining products or servicesscheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records ofinteractions. Additionally you will be expected to achieve dailyand monthly targets provide feedback on customer trends andcollaborate with the sales and marketingteam.

CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldpossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills a strongcustomer service orientation and the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment. Prior experience in telecalling or customer servicewould beadvantageous.
