Summary:

CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Technical, Innovation, & Supply Chain function of The Coca-Cola Company. CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world. This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries.

We are establishing a CPS greenfield manufacturing facility near Ahmedabad, India. This will be a flagship manufacturing facility in line with Industry 4.0 state-of-the-art lights-out advanced automation and digitization. This site will inform the blueprint for possible future greenfield and brownfield expansions.

As the Site Capabilities Manager, you will be a part of one of the most technologically advanced concentrate plants in the world, and a part of the industry 4.0 journey at The Coca-Cola Company. This is a critical role primarily responsible for embracing and accelerating the vision of this advanced facility and ensuring we have the internal capabilities, external partnerships, and knowledge sharing to attain this vision. The Site Capabilities Manager will require a visionary mindset and resilience to chart new frontiers, practical manufacturing experience to understand the operational needs, deep people and training operations experience, change management and culture awareness for long-term success, and high EQ to operate from a human-centered perspective.

What You’ll Do for Us
 

Develop a site-specific comprehensive capabilities program to skill and upskill associates at the CPS Ahmedabad site, leveraging our technology and talent to deliver value for CPS. Work closely with the global CPS Capabilities Senior Director and Center of Excellence to scale capability-building best practices and strategy at CPS Ahmedabad and ensure alignment with global standards. Lead in the creation of a manufacturing onboarding program with knowledge of the operational, technology, and systems capabilities needed to deliver value. Meet operational requirements for capabilities and develop the roadmap for capabilities for site-specific implementation, including identifying gaps and building programs to close them. Translate business and functional needs effectively to build skilling programs that leverage on-the-job learning opportunities, peer/cohort learning, and digital and data platforms, e.g., e-learnings. Collaborate closely with internal and external subject matter experts on the ideation, creation, development and implementation of in-house high-quality capability programs. Engage vendors on delivering capability building resources for OEM equipment as part of operationalizing CPS investments including leveraging technology and arranging the necessary translations for on-site implementation, i.e., manuals, materials, trainings, and digital resources to quickly upskill associates. Manage stakeholders across site leadership, including but not limited to, GM, Operational Excellence and enabling functions like HR to ensure a wholistic approach to capability building. Create and optimize a local capabilities delivery budget in alignment with the plant GM, CPS Capabilities Senior Director, and other relevant stakeholders. Identify and drive the culture, mindsets, and communications required for successful adoption of new ways of working. Monitor/assess the performance of on-site capability programs and provide feedback to inform local improvements and CPS global capability programs. Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management, Learning and Development, Business Operations, or related field, post-graduate degree is desirable. 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization 7+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment, either on the operator path or human resources with experience in an operational environment Demonstrated experience in competency modelling, skill assessment, instructional design and learning development programs both at individual contributor and management levels. Awareness and advocate of Industry 4.0 opportunities and experience implementing use cases in a digital manufacturing environment. Ability to navigate ambiguity with a growth mindset with a focus of translating strategy to implementation. Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion to improve and digitize work processes. Excellent project management, planning and organization skills and ability to deliver to specified deadlines. Ability to thrive in diverse cultural environment. Skilled in managing by influence and experience communicating with senior stakeholders and business and functional leaders. Demonstrated ability to get results in a matrixed organization. Knowledge of local workforce management trends and dynamics Seeks and scales internal and external trends and best practices. Drives change in a fast-paced environment.
