What You’ll Do:
Validate accurate financial reporting and telecom invoices. MIS reporting – Responsible for analysing, preparing, delivering reports to leadership as per the agreed timelines. Consolidation of reports as required and work with leadership on necessary approvals. Evaluating internal controls and processes and responsible for implementing standard operating practices. Compile and summarize data. Prepare and drive monthly reporting, including insightful variance analysis, comparisons with prior periods (quarterly, semi-annually, annually). Create and update the Standard Operating Procedure document. Assist with the design, documentation and Implementation of internal controls Ensures all financial targets and due dates are met in a timely manner, including the monthly financial close, financial information, and external financial requirements. Partner with Corporate accounting and External Reporting teams on financial projects as needed You are expected to work from the office at least 3-4days a week.Skills you should bring to the table:
3-5 Years of experience in financial analysis Hands on experience in – Clarity., Accounts Payable, General Ledger. Strong working skillset and experience with Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, Vlookup Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams Exposure to Oracle tool would be an added advantage Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Strong interpersonal and time management skills Attention to accuracy and detail required. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work independently Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team Be a self-starter, be motivated and take ownership of assigned tasksYou should apply if you bring:

Work location: Bangalore
Working hours : The standard business hours are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm IST, however we follow flexible working hours to manage priorities. You may be occasionally required to be available outside standard working hours to meet business needs.
