More as aconsultant.SalesforceAdmin Certification is aMUSTClientFacingResponsibilitiesSupportthe configuration of the Salesforce environment according to clientspecifications and projectscope.Design andprovide training for clients at various levels includingadministrator and end users based on project implementationgoals.Conductdiscovery meetings with clients to determine requirements asappropriateFollowbest practices and standards in software design development anddeployment. Develop full migration and implementation plans thataddress both the tactical and strategic needs of theclient.
InternalResponsibilitiesOwnproject delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiplesimultaneousprojects.Configuresolutions with Salesforce products as needed to complete projectgoals. Plan and execute data migrations from legacy data systems toSalesforce. Investigate and implement thirdparty tools thatintegrate withSalesforce.Partnerwith the internal development team to create custom code includingcomposing user stories testing anddeployment.Provideweekly governance reports in a timely manner on overall project(s)status to projectPM
Requirements.3years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or SalesforceConsultantSalesforceAdmin Certification is required. Additional SalesforceCertifications arepreferredExperienceworking with customers to elicit and analyze their requirementsdevelop designs and implement customsolutionsStrongknowledge of Agile project delivery practices requirementsgathering user story prioritization and solid UAT guidelinesrequiredProficiencyin Google Docs Sheets Presentations and other online collaborationtools like JIRA and Teams arerequiredExcellenttime management skills and the ability to prioritize work as wellas work independently isnecessaryDemonstratedbusiness aptitude with the ability to translate practical businessconcepts into technicalspecifications.Stronginterpersonal skills including excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and presentationskills.Attention todetail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing clientdemands.Learningagility including a demonstrated ability to pick up and masterbusiness and technical subject mattersquickly
