RoleWeare seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a background inmanufacturing to join our clients team. The ideal candidate willhave comprehensive knowledge of quality control tools standardscompliance requirements and experience in the automotive industrypreferably with IATF audit and process experience. This individualwill be responsible for leading our quality management systemensuring adherence to regulatory standards driving continuousimprovement initiatives and maintaining the highest levels ofproduct quality and customersatisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Developimplement and maintain the companys quality management system (QMS)in accordance with industry standards including ISO 9001 IATF 16949or similar quality management frameworks.
  • Leadand mentor the quality assurance team providing guidance trainingand support to ensure a culture of quality excellence andcontinuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) metrics and targets to trackquality performance analyze trends and drive corrective actions asnecessary.
  • Conduct internal audits of qualitymanagement processes systems and procedures to verify compliancewith regulatory requirements and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Coordinate external audits andassessments by regulatory agencies customers and thirdpartycertification bodies ensuring successful outcomes and timelyresolution of findings.
  • Manage the companyscorrective and preventive action (CAPA) process including rootcause analysis corrective action planning implementation andeffectiveness verification.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including manufacturing engineering supplychain and customer service to resolve quality issues implementprocess improvements and preventrecurrence.
  • Ensure effective implementation andmaintenance of quality control tools and techniques such asstatistical process control (SPC) failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA) and quality planning.
  • Monitor andanalyze product and process nonconformances leading investigationsimplementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvementinitiatives to prevent recurrence.
  • Communicatewith customers regarding quality concerns complaints and correctiveactions fostering positive relationships and ensuring customersatisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in engineering quality management or related field. Advanceddegree (MBA MS) preferred.
  • Proven experience inquality management roles within the manufacturing industrypreferably in automotive or relatedsectors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of qualitymanagement systems standards and regulatory requirements includingISO 9001 IATF 16949 APQP PPAP andMSA.
  • Experience in conducting internal auditsexternal audits and supplier assessments preferably with IATF auditand process experience.
  • Certified internalauditor for quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949)is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in qualitycontrol tools and techniques such as SPC FMEA control plans rootcause analysis and corrective actionmethodologies.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to analyze data identifytrends and implement effective solutions to improve qualityperformance.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams and communicate with internal andexternal stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with afocus on accuracy and compliance in quality management processesand documentation.
  • Proven leadership abilitywith experience leading teams driving change management initiativesand fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuousimprovement
