Job Overview

Covenant Consultants seeks a qualified CA Inter for a mid-level, full-time position in Hyderabad or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting and finance fields. The role requires a strong foundation in taxation, compliance, and budgeting, among other key financial areas. Candidates will support our diverse portfolio of clients with innovative solutions and adherence to industry best practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong proficiency in accounting principles with the ability to handle complex financial data and reporting.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation including direct and indirect taxes, with the ability to support tax planning and compliance.
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Skillful in cost accounting to analyze cost structures and provide budgeting assistance for financial planning.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis, interpret data, and provide insightful recommendations to support decision making.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and the ability to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Expertise in budgeting processes, supporting the creation and management of financial plans to meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate with financial teams to optimize cost accounting processes and enhance budget planning.
  • Undertake regular financial analysis to aid management in decision making and strategic financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all financial operations and reporting.
  • Provide insights and support to financial planning and budgeting, improving financial forecasting accuracy.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external auditors during audit processes to ensure seamless execution.
