Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited Responsibilities & Key Deliverables'- Design strategic plan and set goals for growth of funtion.-To driver Customer - supplier releationship across all MLMMLPlant PVT's- Review & improve functional effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees establishing a highly motivational work environment & implementing innovative changes to be productive ensuring professionality- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality- Provide guidance and feedback to help team strengthen specific knowledge / skill enhancement- Review day to day operations, assign weekly & monthly performance targets, ensure their completion- Recruit, on-board & train high performing employees to achive set objectives- Develop, implement and maintain budgetary & resource allocation plans. Control budget & optimise expenses- Delegate repsponsibilites employees, track accontability. Enforce all organizational policies, processes, procedures, standards, training programs- Resolve internal conflicts efficiently to the mutual benifit of all involved in the interst of organization interest - Prepare reports on department progress and performance to the top management- Ensure external field indicators are in control against set targets. Review RPT Zero MIS, 3 MIS, 12 MIS, 24 MIS & warranty cost reduction- Approve deviations within defined scope & ensure lesson learnings deployment- Drive for horizontal deployment of Proecesses & actions- Conduct periodical reviews on KPI indicators with CFT team (Design, CDMM, Validation, CPE, Mfg. plant etc.,) for action implementations & field status update- New projects involvement ensure stringent quality targets set & review warranty cost provision for new projects & running projects- Recommend for recall / retro fitment/ field upgradation to management- Compliance to external/internal audit (IATF, MEM, ISO and ) & other certifications- Driving customer perceived Quality (Dealer / customer visit, feedback on product performance & driveing and ensuring continual improvement of product by bench marking with competition- Conduct weekly departmental review based on the inputs take actions Experience20 -25 years in quality department at various sections ( Min 7 yrs. in Field quality leading customer complaints handling)Industry PreferredAutomotive OEM / Tier one AutomotiveQualificationsBachelor of engineering / Btech / Mtech in E&E / Electrical / MechanicalMaster black beltGeneral Requirements'- Leadership qualities with Collaboration, Agile & Bold behaviours- Aggressive, confident & firm decision making ability- Committed, smart work & focus to complete the task, result oriented- Good listener, effective Speaker & excellent communication- Good co-ordination, self driving, team approach, positive attitude - Planning & on time execution- Ability to motivate team and lead team in crisis '- Worked in all sections of quality department - Inter departments functional knowledge ( Design, validation, Customer care, STA, PED, MFG & SQA)- Capable of establishing new department setup, processes & ensuring its smooth function with planning of proper infrastructure requirements- Awareness on quality system ( IATF,ISO & ) '- Proven experince as a leader in Function & Equivalent role- Knowledge on EV aggregates, software clearance process ( ASPICE) - Experience of working in field quality function & through awareness on its processes- Technical Knowledge on different manufacturing processes & assembly process- Extremely sound in vehicle level drive performance testing & functional verification (product knowledge)- Managing crisis situations- Man power handling & management- Customer oriented approach- Effective interpersonal communication & presentation skills- Strong network establishment with internal departments
