This opportunity is a learning tech role – the individual will be responsible for the creation and development of cutting edge, differentiated, industry leading learning solutions. Positions in this function will be Reporting to Architect - Learning Transformation and will be based out of Hyderabad/Noida, India. Total experience should be more than 5+ years in relevant technology domain.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop learning programs that meet or exceed strategic objectives across multiple delivery platforms such as complex web applications (Good if can work on games, simulations, video-based learning, learning app, Azure and AI)Design user flows, create POCs and prototypesDrive user experience across all development stagesCreate exciting apps including designing user interactions through innovative use of technologyCreate visual documents and presentationsCreate clear and precise functional / technical design documents when neededCollaborate with the content development / ID teams on design, development and integrationCome up with new ideas to add value to the platform, communicate and succinctly articulate concept rationalesReview and communicate with vendors on code quality, security and functional flowComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Must be graduateKeen learner - self-motivated, organized and accountable. S/he will be a part of a team of tech development and will also be responsible in leading/collaborating with multiple vendor tech talent, including but not limited to C#, ASP.Net Core, MSSQL, Html, CSS, jQuery and IIS.Solid technical skills and work experience in ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, MS SQL, Html/CSS, IISSkills in Machine Learning, NLP and Azure ML will be an added advantage but not necessary.Solid design thinking capabilities and intuition for application development, application structure, security, performance and flowAbility to conceptualize and prototype featuresAbility to create scalable and flexible database and application componentsAbility to identify and resolve problem statement using the technical solutionsA solid working knowledge of the latest versions of - .Net, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, MS SQL Server, Html, CSS, jQuery and IISAbility to define the security parameters into the application and application designFair understanding of Bootstrap, interactive UI development and the Web APIsWorking knowledge and experience in working within a responsive frameworkProven passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other technology peopleAbility to articulate and present creative ideas and design conceptsAbility to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detailProven self-motivated, organized and accountable
