JobDescription :
  • Manage theprocessing of HRrelated paperwork including new hire paperworkbenefit enrollment forms and employee statuschanges.
  • Ensure compliance with HRpolicies and procedures including recordkeeping requirements andreporting obligations.
  • Develop andimplement procedures for the efficient processing of HRrelatedpaperwork.
  • Manage HRrelated data andrecordkeeping systems including electronic and paperfiles.
  • Monitor compliance withHRrelated laws and regulations including wage and hour laws safetyregulations and other employmentrelatedlaws.
  • Provide administrative supportto the HR department such as scheduling meetings preparing reportsand maintaining departmentalrecords.
  • Respond to employeeinquiries regarding HR policies procedures andprograms.
  • Manage and mentor HRadministrative staff including providing guidance coaching andperformancefeedback.
