FOUNDEVER is op zoek naar gemotiveerde customer contact agents voor een gerenommeerd telecommunicatiebedrijf.

Heb je de stem? Als klantendienstmedewerker bent u verantwoordelijk voor een goede relatie tussen u en de klant. Met uw stem en een vriendelijk aanbod, brengt u een glimlach op het gezicht van de klant. Commercieel zijn en graag verkopen U moet ook in staat zijn die stem van tijd tot tijd het zwijgen op te leggen en goed naar de klant te luisteren. Bovendien, moet u ook: De klant een passende oplossing te bieden. Help en adviseer de klant indien nodig. Vragen van klanten beantwoorden over hun factuur, technische ondersteuning of de producten en diensten die het bedrijf aanbiedt.

Profiel 

Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van de Nederlandse taal. Je leert snel, bent goed in multitasken en kunt snel adequaat reageren. Bewezen vaardigheden in interpersoonlijke communicatie. Servicegerichte eigenschap; vriendelijkheid moet je tweede natuur zijn. Beschikt over een aangename telefoonstem. Van competitie houdt, en nog het liefst van winnen. Basis computer skills. Ervaring als call agent is geen must, maar wel een extra troef.
