Our Client, a leading Manufacturer and supplier of Metal, Non-Metal Gaskets and Compression Packing used in All Industrial Segments like Food, Pharma, Power, Chemical, Steel, Sugar, Fertilizer, OEM, etc.


Position: Engineer- Inside Sales

Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager

Experience: 0 -2 year

Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Diploma/ BE / B.Sc.

Salary: 12-25k (Depends on Interview)

Office time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)


Job Role:

Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers.

Manage and process incoming sales orders efficiently.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Track and manage order status, providing updates to customers as needed.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels.

Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and assess customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.

Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with the sales team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.

Schedule and organize sales meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team.
