Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Finance Consultant/Lead
Experience: 6-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, with expertise in financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter/FRx, and Project Accounting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and financial teams to design and implement financial solutions that meet organizational accounting needs
- Configure and customize financial modules within Dynamics 365, including chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and ledgers
- Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics 365 Finance and external systems, such as banks and payment gateways
- Develop and optimize financial reporting and analytics, including balance sheets, income statements, and financial dashboards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards within Dynamics 365 Finance
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs
- Provide training and support to finance consultants and end-users for effective use of Dynamics 365 Finance
- Diagnose and resolve complex financial issues within the Dynamics 365 system
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes, configurations, and best practices
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes within Dynamics 365 Finance
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement financial solutions and integrations
- Ensure data security and compliance through proper access controls and data protection measures

Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead D365 F&O implementations, starting from the analysis phase with minimal supervision from the Functional Solution Architect
- Define functional requirements and design documents for developers to use in system enhancements
- Finalize and sign-off on functional requirement documents (FRD) and functional design documents (FDD)
- Perform unit and system test scripts, along with deployment plans
- Organize and manage the training cycle, training power users and end-users, sharing best practices
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations
- Travel to client sites when necessary

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance
- Experience with SCM is an asset
- Strong knowledge of financial module configuration and customization in Dynamics 365 Finance
- Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Flexible working hours
