Job Description: 
Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and assist in management reporting. Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate and timely month-end/year-end close processes, and reconcile bank statements. Assist in budget development and financial forecasts, monitor budget performance, and collaborate with department heads. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinate with auditors, and maintain internal controls. Support strategic financial planning, conduct financial modeling, and provide insights to senior management. Identify and implement process improvements, assist in financial systems maintenance, and stay updated with industry trends. Qualifications:
CA Inter/ Semi-Qualified CA/ CA qualification is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We are excited to hear from qualified candidates who meet the requirements for this position.
