Lets Talk AboutResponsibilities
Provideeffective phone and email software support to clients reportingproblems or requiring onthespot coaching with ourproducts
Utilize the Salesforce Service Consoleto log customer cases
Perform basic and advancedtroubleshooting to identify/verify the underlying cause ofcustomerreported problems
Utilize internalresources to assist in the prompt resolution of application andtechnical issues
Contribute to the maintenanceand improvement of the knowledge base
Escalatecalls to higherlevel analysts according to defined supportprocesses
Contribute to the monthly teamgoals
Participate in after hour oncallrotation
Lets Talk AboutQualifications Skills AndExperience
Bachelors degree orequivalent experience
Excellent customer serviceskills in a clinical/nursing environment
Goodproblemsolving and prioritization abilities
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
Comfortable working in US businesshours
Electronic Health Record experience ispreferred
Knowledge of the postacute healthcareindustry is preferred
