Primary Responsibilities:

Design, development and implement automated tests in an ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development)Write and execute automated tests using Selenium, Cucumber/Specflow and Java/C#Deliver test automation solutions in accordance with enterprise standards and within development and operational guidelinesMentor and direct other testers in automation and SDET principlesPerform reviews of automation and application codeEngineer automated test and metric reporting solutionsDevelop in-depth system and application knowledge for higher test quality and coverageConstantly evaluate and enhance the test automation strategy and approachCollaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user storiesShare and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audienceParticipate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovateResearch and implement tools that support faster delivery with high qualityComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceExperience with enterprise-level test automation tools and frameworksExperience with back-end API testing using RestAssured or RestSharpHands-on experience in all types of testing including unit, integration, system, sanity, smoke, regression, acceptanceExperience working in an off-shore / on-shore modelHands-on in Selenium with Java or C#, Cucumber/ SpecflowAbility to implement practices that support ATDD and CICD (with ability of E2E Implementation & trouble shooting)Proven excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologyProven good communicator at all levels of the organizationGood understanding of GITWorking knowledge of MS SQL, SQL query language and SQL Management Studio
