Freelane Recruiter

We areseeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to manage the endtoendrecruitment process for both technical and nontechnical roles. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing screeningand hiring candidates with the ability to manage the entirerecruitment lifecycleefficiently.

KeyResponsibilities:

SourcingCandidates: Utilize various sourcing channels such as jobboards social media professional networks and employee referrals toidentify and attract qualified candidates for both tech and nontechpositions.
ScreeningResumes: Review resumes and applications to identify potentialcandidates that meet the required qualifications andexperience.
ConductingInterviews: Schedule and conduct initial phone screensand inperson interviews to evaluate candidates skills experienceand culturalfit.
ClientCoordination: Collaborate with hiring managers tounderstand the requirements of the positions and ensure a smoothrecruitmentprocess.
InterviewScheduling: Arrange and coordinate interview schedulesbetween candidates and hiring managers ensuring timelycommunication andfollowup.
CandidateManagement: Maintain regular communication withcandidates throughout the hiring process providing updates andfeedback.
OfferManagement: Assist in the preparation and negotiation ofjob offers ensuring a seamless onboarding process for newhires.
DataManagement: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of allrecruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System(ATS).
MarketResearch: Stay updated on the latest trends inrecruitment and talent acquisition to implement best practices andinnovative sourcingstrategies.
EmployerBranding: Contribute to the development of employerbranding initiatives to attract toptalent.

RequirementsStrongunderstanding of the recruitment process and bestpractices.

Abilityto manage multiple tasks and prioritiseeffectively.
Proficiencyin using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttools.
Strongorganizational and timemanagementskills.

Experiencein recruiting for a variety of roles across differentindustries.
Knowledgeof employment laws andregulations.
Certificationin HR or Recruitment (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is aplus.
