Cluster Head

As the Cluster Head you will beresponsible for driving the growth and expansion of the cluster.This includes P and amp;L responsibility including developing andamp; managing key vendor/customer relationships. We are looking toreplicate our success of West Bengal in Maharashtra and needsomeone who can do that better and amp; faster. Our current clients and amp; warehouse inMaharashtra are in Kolhapur belt and the Cluster Head will beneeded to spend 34 days a week there. company shall take care ofstay and amp; travel. and nbsp;

KeyResponsibilities:

• Strategyand amp; Sales : and nbsp;Develop and execute acomprehensive expansion strategy to achieve aggressive growthtargets and marketpenetration.
• Relationshipmanagement and nbsp;with all existing and amp;potential business partners through consistent communication andamp; marketing and nbsp;
• Buildingand leading and nbsp;Internal functions includingsales marketing customer relationship operations and fulfillmentthrough logistics procurement and softwareplatforms.
• Recruitdevelop andlead and nbsp;a highperforming team of salesmarketing and operations.
• MarketResearch: and nbsp;Conduct market analysis toidentify key markets consumer trends and competitive landscape toinform expansiondecisions.
• FinancialManagement: and nbsp;Develop and manage budgets forexpansion and monitor financial performance againsttargets.
• Compliance andLegal: and nbsp;Ensure all franchise agreementscontracts and legal requirements are met and that the companysinterests areprotected.

Requirements:

• Fulltime BTech in any department (Mechanical / Metallurgy/MaterialScience Engineering Preferable) and nbsp;
• MBAis preferable NOT mandatory.
• Excellentnegotiation communication and interpersonal skills and amp; astrategic thinker and nbsp;
• At least 3 years ofexperience in handling a team
• Experience intaking care of P and amp;LActivitie
