Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Gnanodaya VLSI Technologies, located in Bengaluru. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our students and clients. This is a full-time role that requires exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of customer relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a keen interest in VLSI technologies.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in employee relations, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution within the team
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles to effectively monitor and enhance employee productivity
  • Familiarity with HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization
  • Experience in developing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits to design competitive and fair remuneration packages
  • Ensuring HR compliance with legal standards and internal policies to maintain a safe and fair workplace
  • Proven conflict resolution skills to manage disputes and maintain a positive work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer support to students and clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation of queries and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the training team to understand course offerings and provide relevant information to prospective students
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the management team
  • Provide timely and effective solutions that ensure customer retention and loyalty
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their queries are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided
