Executive Assistant to the Vice President (Only FEMALE )Location: DelhiExperience: 5+ years Role & Responsibilities:Appointment Scheduling:
  • Coordinate and manage the VP's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and insurance CFO.
  • Meeting with CFO and Head insurance of the clients
  • Meetings with the various center, states government, Ministry and bureaucrat
Data Collection
  • Gather and compile relevant data to support decision-making processes for the VP.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Compiled various presentation required for acquisition of the clients. In case required to assist presentation in clients office or conference, event.
Sales Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to the VP for strategic planning.
Management & CFO Engagement:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the CFO and insurance CFO.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with CFOs to discuss financial strategies, business partnerships, and other relevant topics.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP, including managing correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the VP and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in executive support and sales coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
