  • Understand andanalyze business requirements to design and develop Dynamics 365CRM solutions
  • Customize entities forms viewsand dashboards using JavaScript C# and other customizationtools
  • Integrate thirdparty applications andservices with Dynamics 365 CRM using Power Platform Azure and otherintegration tools
  • Design and implement datamigration and integration with CRMsystems
  • Develop and maintain plugins workflowsand custom activities for automation
  • Create andmaintain technical documentation for configurations customizationsand integrations
  • Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for CRM applications andintegrations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure seamless integration with othersystems
  • Stay updated with the latest MicrosoftDynamics 365 updates and features
  • Participatein code reviews testing and quality assuranceprocesses
  • Train end users and provide ongoingsupport for CRM applications
  • Conductperformance tuning and optimization of CRMsystems
  • Participate in requirement gatheringand solution architecture discussions
  • Supportthe deployment of CRM solutions andupdates
  • Collaborate with project managers andbusiness analysts to deliver CRM projectssuccessfully
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRMdevelopment and customization
  • Proficiency inJavaScript C# .NET HTML and CSS for CRMcustomizations
  • Strong understanding of CRMarchitecture and components
  • Experience in CRMconfiguration customization andextension
  • Knowledge of SQL database design anddevelopment
  • Experience integrating CRM withother systems using APIs and webservices
  • Ability to develop complex workflowsplugins and custom activities
  • Familiarity withPower Platform tools such as Power BI Power Automate and PowerApps
  • Understanding of software development bestpractices and methodologies
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strongcommunication and collaborationabilities
  • Certifications in MS Dynamics 365 CRMdevelopment are a plus
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlinesand deliver highqualitysolutions
